Prior to becoming an attorney, Seth was a research assistant to Professor Rudolf Dolzer at SMU Dedman School of Law where he graduated with honors. Seth is now a veteran litigator with experience on both sides of the aisle. From multidistrict product liability litigation on behalf of plaintiffs to personal injury defense on behalf of companies, Seth has repeatedly achieved successful outcomes for his clients.
For example, Seth has:
- Defended engineering and medical experts in Daubert proceedings;
- Obtained spoliation instructions against adverse parties;
- Thwarted a regulatory agency’s attempt to revoke his corporate client’s operating license; and
- Disposed of numerous cases via dispositive motions in state and federal courts.
Seth believes justice means defendants should be free from frivolous lawsuits, injured parties should be made whole, and no person or company should receive a windfall. To that end, Seth devotes his practice to pursuing just outcomes for his clients through competent and zealous representation.
