Donna Peavler began her trial career while still in law school, trying and winning her first case while still a third-year student. Since then, she has honed her trial skills, trying over 30 jury cases to verdict in Texas state and federal courts. In addition, she has significant arbitration experience, gathered through 20 years of representing nonsubscribers. In fact, Donna is known as one of Texas’s foremost authorities in the nonsubscription industry. Of course, she mainly handles all types of general-liability and wrongful-death cases, including tractor-trailer crashes, premises liability, products liability, criminal-activity cases, and false-imprisonment/malicious prosecution.
