Tom handles injury defense litigation in general liability, nonsubscriber premises liability and negligence cases. In addition to both state and federal court litigation, Tom has also successfully handled cases in both arbitration and binding mediation. Prior to joining the Firm, Tom acquired valuable trial experience in both trucking defense and personal injury litigation. He also gained valuable insight from the other side as a Plaintiff’s attorney for a large injury firm specializing in motor vehicle accident and slip and fall litigation. Tom’s professional experiences and thorough analysis of cases have yielded positive results and successful resolutions. Tom is licensed in all four of the federal district courts of Texas.
